Professional Conduct of Migration Agents

Under Australian law, a person providing immigration assistance must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). If immigration assistance is required, AITS consults with registered migration agents (RMA no 0318572 and/or RMA 9791613) who observe and comply with the Code of Conduct prescribed for registered migration agents.
